Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!
Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history and reports you have shared it is good that most of the vital structure and arras covered under this CT scan are normal however, small lymph nodes which have been noticed are though in significantly enlarged but even than if on examination significant swellings are observed that a lymph node biopsy preferable with fine needle aspiration rather than whole lymph node excision might be enough. Basic blood work up like ESR and CRP and a chest Xray to rule out any concomitant infection should be ruled out. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
