Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Penis

Hernia or a lymph node, please give details and photos if possible
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/45 - swelling/big lump on the right of penis - groin between stomach and thigh ...
The most probable reasons are:
- Inguinal hernia. If the swelling changes its size, comes up on straining, coughing etc and reduces on its own, this is hernia.
- Another commonest reason is a Lymph node. This is stationary swelling and does not change size.
- Rare reasons are sebaceous cyst/ lipoma
Please check and give me the feedback so that we can discuss further.
Also give additional information:
- Since when is the swelling present?
- Is it painful on pressure?
Is it expansible and reducible as discussed above?
- Any other information and clear photographs if you may please post attached to this query.

Please get examinaed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
With the information you have provided it looks to be obstructed hernia with omental fat inside hence not causing you pain.
I would advise in such a situation to get a clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor, preferably by a General Surgeon and also get proper treatment for your coughing and sneezing as it can enhance the problems if hernia is present.
Regards.

Most welcome
Detailed Answer:
That is a good news.
Please let me know the feedback on final diagnosis.

This will depend upon the diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
This will depend upon the diagnosis.
If a lymph node, no worry about anything you have mentioned.
If hernia, still not much of a worry if it is not obstructing or causing any problems like pain or so. You can get a confirmed diagnosis and if hernia get an appointment for surgery.
Regards.
