Question: what can be done for a severely arthritic hip (bone on bone), no cartilage. 90 year old Pt has had a tumor removed from top of head 6 weeks ago, wound is healing by 2nd intention, 95% granulation tissue at this time. Pain is intolerable. tx: 2 hydrocodone tid takes the edge off for a bit. YYYY@YYYY
