Suggest Treatment For A Small Callus On The Sole Of The Foot
Question: For several years I have had what I percieved to be a small callus on the sole of my right foot. In the past six months it has increased in size and spread to my heel and the back of my ankle.
I have attached an image. What is this and what treatment should I be seeking?

I have studied your case. This callocity is most probably psoriasis. You can discuss with a skin doctor near by new. Diagnosis can be confirmed by small biopsy. As far as treatment is concerned you can apply steroid cream like Betamethsone for symptomatic relief. Avoid moisture or very hard shoes.
Oral steroids can be taken for limited periods.
