Suggest Treatment For A White Head Like Pimple On The Foreskin
Question: Hi, I noticed a small white head like thing on(but in ) my foreskin about 2 months ago! It looked like a little bit larger hair follicle but it was more to the tip and not with the cluster of hair follicles closer to the base of my penis! I thought it was a spot or white head under the skin so I try to squeeze it and only made it worse! I now have a larger harder lump under my foreskin and it won't soften or go away! What do I do? Do I need surgery!! It's very off putting with have intercourse with my partner!! Please someone help
The area was very sore and swollen for a few days as i squeezed the white spot very hard and broke it through the skin with white substance and clear substance ( very little amount), now its hard lump under my foreskin but NOT on my penis, the swelling has gone down however the lump remains and its a strange shape, its like a hard ball with a hard line (vein type) atttached to it, its very worrying, please help

Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
It is Folliculitis, a bacterial infection.
There is nothing to worry. It can be easily treated with antibiotics.
I treat such cases with topical mupirocine crem and oral amoxicillin capsule.
This gives excellent response in a week.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
