Gastroenterologist's advise & self care would relieve.

Detailed Answer:
HI xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for your query under health care magic virtual health clinic.I have read your query & understand your concern.
* The basic cause of your problem is IBS generated bloating of abdomen.
The excessive Gas collected in stomach & intestines cause bloating of abdomen.. increasing intraabdominal pressure ..which being lighter collects under diaphragm to case your symptoms stinging pain in chest wall & under the ribs too.
- associated strain to neck muscles while belching or Habit of gritting teeth while chest pain/ belching.... is causing pain in neck .

* Alternative cause of chest & neck pain can be
- Associated nerve compression/ irritation, following problem of your cervical / thoracic spine( vertebral/ disc ).. aggravated by abdominal bloating.This needs to be excluded by a X ray of spine & treated as per indication under expert guidance of an orthopedic surgeon.
* The increase due to extension & flexion of back causes release & increase of the gas pressure in abdomen./ release or increase nerve compression & so the pain is increased or decrease with the movements.
** In this context I would advise you to consult Your Gastroenterologist for reassessing your problem in respect to-
- Any specific food instigating the symptoms & gas production( lactose intolerance )-
- Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth causing the symptoms.
He will suggest specific antibiotic for the infection if needed/ change in your eating food habits
- Change your medications / add enzymes/ probiotics
If he suspects spinal involvement after examining you he may refer you to an orthopedic surgeon for further management.
* Self care-
- Avoid foods that you observe trigger the symptoms ( milk & milk products/dairy products/ vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli/high fatty diet/high sugar diet/ alcohol, caffeine, soda.
- Try food that avoid IBS symptoms. Dietary fibers/ water/ low fat foods/ probiotics.
