Question: What causes heart burn with gas and bloating with pain.

Dear,at your age, GERD(Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease) with IBS C- would be most probable cause in your case.
Ano-Rectal lump with obstruction and Constipation, needs to be kept in mind,which though rare,needs to be ruled out if its recurring.
Would alert you to keep Angina at your age,which could mimick GERD with IBS C.
-Common Cause of this problem-
Heart Burn with bloating is the reflex phenomenon due to the enterocolitis with Proctitis with slow BMs(Bowel Movements) or with Fissure in Ano / and or Piles.
