Question: Hi,
I returned from a vacation in Mexico last week and have been having a number of symptons.
These include a change in the consistency and texture of bowel movements-photo attached
Bloating
Stomach upset, bloating,
An extremely low energy level
Difficulty sleeping
Although I drank primarily bottled water, there were at least 2-3 times when I drank from the faucet in my room, and of course, it is uncertain as to the purity of the ice in my drinks.

Any thoughts or comments?

Depleted flora of intestines due to changed food water and geographic condition.

Hello Dear,
Change of food habits and water is responsible for the problems you are facing.

Our gut has its own gut flora(internal atmosphere of bacterias).Because of sudden change in geographic location food etc the gastric flora is deplenished.These good bacterias are very essential for proper digestion of food.

Strong recommendations
Take a course of probiotics so that the destroyed flora can be restored by body again,once the intestinal flora will become normal,Gut mobility and digestion will improve and your problems will settle down.
Apart from probiotics following should be done-
Take rantidine daily (bloating)

- Increase warm water intake drink 6-8 glasses daily.
- Eat small meals ,Avoid eating outside for few days ,Try to eat easily digestable BRAT food,Take a lot of curd along with food.
- Avoid Fast foods.
- avoid beverages / alcohol/ soft drinks
- avoid carbonated drinks
- Jog in morning.

Get stool tested for e.coli and protozoans.
