Brief Answer:
The dose you have used is less

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Firstly it is extremely important to confirm by ultrasound that the pregnancy is inside the uterus. Then only you see the right response.
The dose you have used is less. This is the second reason for you not seeing any bleeding.

Once you confirm that the pregnancy is within the uterus, in this early pregnancy, you need to first take 200 mg of mifepristone. 1-2 days later you need to take misoprostol ( cytotec) 800 micrograms ( 4 tablets) vaginally or sublingually. Usually you start bleeding within 4-6 hours and definitely within 24 hours.
I hope this is helpful.

Dr Rama
