Brief Answer:
It could be due to Urinary bladder problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Urinary bladder along with Uterus and ovaries are present in the lower abdomen.
Any disease related to these organs can lead to cramping.
I prefer to do an Ultrasound abdomen for any clue.
Please consult your doctor and get an ultrasound abdomen.
Till investigations, I prescribe muscle relaxant tablet containing Dicyclomine twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
