Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Persistent Pain In Forearm

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms don't seem to be related to any cardiac disorders, based on the pain features that you describe.
A musculo-skeletal pain could explain this clinical scenario. Are your symptoms modulated by body movements or respiration? This pain characteristic would be very indicative of musculo skeletal pain.
Anxiety could also cause similar symptoms.
I would exclude any possible nerve pain or nerve compression related to this troubles, as the two regions in which you locate your pain are not irradiated by the same nerves.
I recommend consulting with your doctor for a careful physical examination, an abdominal ultrasound and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, inflammation tests, kidney and liver function tests), to exclude possible metabolic disorders which could explain some of your symptoms.
Hope to have been of help!
Wishing a Happy New Year!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
