Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns but don't worry. Vomiting episodes with mild abdominal pain (and no fever) occurs commonly due to gastritis. You may give him Syp. Emeset or Domperidone for vomiting episodes along with antacids such as Ranitidine or Lansoprazole. Also, ensure a regular healthy non-spicy diet and oral fluids.
Mild albumin in urine can occur transiently during periods of any illness. So, don't worry at present. You may repeat the test after 4-6 weeks to check if it's persistent or not.
Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
