Brief Answer:
Home care & expert advise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query. I have read it & understood your concern.
From your symptoms, you seem to have inflammation of stomach( gastritis ) which can be due to over eating ( specially spicy food)/excess alcohol/ infection due to bacteria or viruses/ food intolerance ( lactose or gluten )/ regurgitation of bile.
Any of above cause leads to irritation of lining of stomach, inflammation causing nausea, vomiting, bloating of abdomen & pain. Infective gastritis can affect intestinal inflammation with acute pain
* You should consult a gastroenterologist for this the earliest. After examination & investigations he would pin point the cause & offer you specific treatment.
Home care- Till you can see gastroenterologist-
- To avoid spicy, hot & difficult to digest food.Eat light bland diet
- Antacid/ deflatulent like gelusil MPS ( 2 spoons three times a day).. over the counter would help. Proton pump inhibitor like Ranitidine would ease the irritated mucosa( 150 mg twice a day )
- Do not foment or massage abdomen, before consulting doctor.
I hope the answer was both informative & useful to you. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
