Question : I have chills headache stomach pain and fatigue since last evening.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The above symptoms could be alcoholic gastritis. However we find more cases of hepatitis will live together with gastritis in most cases. Hence I suggest you a complete examination along with Ultrasound scan of the liver to ascertain the cause of the problem.

I do not recommend Paracetmol in this case and it is absolute waste.
