Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Constipation

Severe constipation most likely the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
From what you are reporting, severe constipation is causing the health problems you're having now.
Being nauseated is due to the waste fecal mass remaining for long time inside bowels.
The pain in your stomach is due to distended bowels.
Correcting bowel movement can help ease your symptoms.
Food poisoning or intestinal parasites are also to exclude through:
- complete blood count
- stool examination for ova/parasites
- clinical evaluation (did you consume any new food prior to symptoms onset?)
Please Drink water, prunes juice, take laxatives to induce bowel movement.
Anal enema can also help.
Hope it was of help.

Alcohol has trigered gastritis attack
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Well, now from what you are reporting, I can say as following:
- cocodamol contains paracetamol and codeine, that will not aggravate gastritis; naproxen on contrary can. So, gastritis attack was triggered by naproxen use
- drinking alcohol can also influence negatively to gastritis precipitating it's possible attack.
Drinking alcohol has triggered gastritis explaining your actual symptoms.
To me, you should:
- avoid foods drinks that can trigger gastritis
- take antacids (like gaviscon) after meal
- start OTC PPIs like omeprazole for long term relief
It is extremely important to watch what you consume (eat/drink).
Hope this help.
