Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain

Since then I have on and off stomach pain that goes straight through to my back. I have only been eating soup, toast, rice pudding, jello and tea. When I try to eat a heavy meal like turkey or anything more solid I wind up having diarrhea again. I have not had solid stools since 15 days ago and still the stomach pain is present. Suggestions of what I can do? I lost my health care coverage in January since my hours were cut at work. With being uninsured I can't afford to go to the ER or even the Dr. I am worried that this might be pancreatic cancer.
Gastroenteritis, Needs Supportive care.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. First of all it is not a pancreatic cancer so no worries.
It is just an acute gastroenteritis taking some time longer than usual due to the triggers like tea in your diet and old age of 62 making the bowel functional.
Just adapt some diet and lifestyle changes and and start BRAT diet like Banana rice applesauce and toast .
Drink plenty of clear liquids, including water, broths and juices, every day. Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
Add semisolid and low-fiber foods gradually as your bowel movements return to normal. Try soda crackers, toast, eggs, rice or chicken.
Avoid certain foods such as dairy products, fatty foods, high-fiber foods or highly seasoned foods for a few days.
Ask about anti-diarrheal medications. Over-the-counter (OTC) anti-diarrheal medications, such as loperamide (Imodium A-D) and bismuth subsalicylate (Pepto-Bismol), may help reduce the number of watery bowel movements you experience.
Certain medical conditions and infections — bacterial and parasitic — may be made worse by these OTC medications because they prevent your body from getting rid of what's causing the diarrhea. Also, these drugs aren't always safe for children. Check with your doctor before taking these medications or giving these medications to a child.
Consider probiotics. Probiotics contain strains of living bacteria that are similar to the healthy bacteria normally found in your digestive system. Probiotics may boost the number of healthy bacteria present to fight germs in your digestive tract. Probiotic supplements are available. Beneficial bacteria may also be found in yogurt and cheese.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don forget to close the discussion please.

Spasmodic bowel movements
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
That pain is due to spasm of the bowel due to constant exaggerated peristalsis in diarrhea. Just take some antispasmodics and do as directed in above answer.
I hope it helps.
