Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns about sperm motility.

Following is my reply:

1) Your sperm count and morphology are excellent.

2) Your motility is 42 % which is not very bad. You can father a child with this report.

Your motility (Rapid and sluggish motility together) is 42 % which is also normal. 50 % is not normal cutoff as mentioned in your report. Its 40 % only. Ideally you dont need any treatment and you can father a child with this semen parameters.

Still if you are looking for improvement, follow advice I am typing below:

1) Stop smoking and alcohol if you have habit.

2) Loose weight if you are overweight.

3) Follow regular exercise regimen.

4) Have seafood in diet.

5) These measures will improve your motility.

6) You dont need medicines to improve semen any further.

hello sir, i went to doctor he suggested me 2 types of tablets 1 is rejuspermin XXXXXXX cozy- q10,now im using this stuff ,is it use full sir?

I dont recommend medicines as of now. You dont need it.

Taking the medicines as told by your doctor will not cause any harm. You can continue the medicines as per his prescription.
