Suggest Treatment For Absence Of Ejaculation
Question: I am a 62 year old male that is sexualy active , but for a while I have orgasums but do not ejaculate ! the feeling is there but no ejaculaition !!! This has bee going on for some time !!! What is wrong with me !

Your problem is that you have orgasm while doing sex but absence of ejaculation.
Absence of ejaculation during sex occurs in two conditions:
Retrograde Ejaculation: Ejaculation occurs inside bladder instead of coming out. In this person feels orgasm as well as feeling of ejaculation.
Anejaculation: Totally absence of ejaculation.No feeling of orgasm.
Form your history you are likely suffering from retrograde ejaculation.
Common causes of retrograde ejaculation include surgical procedure related to prostate, urinary bladder, urethra or lower abdomen; some medicines for hypertension or psychiatric problems; diabetes and some neurological problems like multiple sclerosis; damage to nerves supplying prostate or bladder neck during physical injury or operation.

Do you have any problem in urination?
Do you have back pain? If yes describe exact site and severity.
Have you observed your urine after sex? Is it hazy or white? If yes retrograde ejaculation is almost confirmed.
