Question : My 2 year old daugther accidrntally swallowed a 1mg xanax pill. What should I do?

I suggest you to take her to a doctor as soon as possible. This is too high dosage for such small child. It may cause sleepiness and at worse breathing problems.
There will be no life threatening if she get constant monitoring.

So do not wait and go to a doctor.
