Suggest Treatment For Acne And Boils On Face After Head Injury
Question: my son had a very bad concussion incident playing football, he is 23 and never suffered with spots for the last hear since the head injury he has the wors case of acne, like big boils on his face

Regarding head injury leading to concussion what I can say is that if there is no progressively worsening neurological problems specially headache then there is nothing to worry about. As the injury is already a year old and at present not causing any problem it requires no attention at present.
Regarding the Acnes treatment has to be done under Dermatologist advise. Till the you can use Adapalene cream locally and Tablet Azithromycin 500 1 tab daily for 6 days. This is a prescribed medication.

What i meant was could the head injury be linked to the sudden onset of acne due to membrane and fluids becoming unbalanced. He haz already been taking acne treatment as you advised for the last year with no effect at all.
