Brief Answer:
Management of acne
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you are having moderate to severe acne.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to start with capsule Isotretinoin 20 mg once daily in the morning after breakfast after getting your baseline lipid profile and liver function tests done.
Along with this I would recommend you to apply gel containing combination of Adapelene and Benzoyl peroxide on the pimples at night for 2 hours only and then wash off your face.
You can discontinue tablet Azithromycin and plain adapelene gel.
Since acne is a chronic disease medicines will take time to act and they need to be continued for atleast 3-4 months but under supervision of a doctor.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this keep your face dry, avoid oiling of scalp, avoid application of creams on face and reduce the intake of sugary foods.
