Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Treatment of acne depends on the grade of acne.
In grade 1, I prefer to advise topical antibiotic cream like Clindamycin gel in the morning and Benzoyl peroxide alternatively with topical retinoids in night time.
In grade 2-4 acne, oral antibiotics are also given like Doxycycline / minocycline / azithromycin.
It seems that you are suffering from grade 3 - 4 acne.
Kindly upload your images of face so that I can help you to my best.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
doxycycline and topical clindamycin with benzoyl peroxide
Detailed Answer:
I have received the images.
As I mentioned, you have grade 3 acne.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical antibiotic cream like clindamycin in the morning and Benzoyl peroxide in night time.
Also I start my patients on Doxycycline.
In non responding cases, consideration is given to start oral retinoids li like isotretinoin.
Large cysts are preferably drained under aseptic conditions.
Avoid oily food and oil application in hair.
Wash your face twice daily with soap and water.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Take care.
