Suggest Treatment For Acne Scars And Pores On Face
Question: Hi have acne scars and pores on my face. Currently no pimple is their as I was on accutane till last week. I am using retino micro and hexilak silicone for scars. Please help to reduce this scar and pores.

If your acne has subsided you can consider going for microneedling sessions for scars as well pores. Multiple sessions are required after an interval of 3-4 weeks. Usually 7-8 sessions lead to 60-70 percent improvement.
Meanwhile you can continue with retino micro and hexilak gel at home.

Thanks. I have uploaded a pic. Pls check and let me know how many session would be needed. And as I was on accutane till last week is it safe to go for microneedling? Microdermabrasion would be effective for my conditions? Hexilak silicone and retino micro would help for reducing scars?. And is it safe to go for microneedling?

I have reviewed the attached photograph.
According to me you will need 6-8 sessions of microneedling.
Since you have stopped isotretinoin last week it is better for you to start microneedling after 3-4 months.
According to my experience microdermabrasion is not very effective in removing the scars and pores.
Microneedling is safe, only problem is that it causes little discomfort to the patient and for that a topical anaesthetic cream is applied on the affected area 1-2 hours prior to the procedure.
Retino will be effective in your case while hexilak gel is usually effective in hypertrophic scars which I can't see on your face.
