Brief Answer:
Topical KOJIC and AZELAIC acid creams are helpful.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I have worked through the attached reports as well.
You possibly seem to have pitted, box car scars.
These scars can naturally shrink to more than 50% in 6 to 8 months time.
Meanwhile Topical creams like KOJIC and AZELAIC ACID creams can help to prevent their further extension and help in their resolution.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.
Since you are planning Dermabrasion and Chemical peeling in the next year, both of which are quite effective in completely eliminating the scars.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
N NIORET NANO GEL can be used.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
Yes you can use this gel-N NIORET NANO GEL.
You need to use this gel for at least 4 months for the full effect to take on.
Collagen tablets--The truth is, however, that there is little to no evidence that collagen tablets are useful. Collagen is a type of protein which when ingested, is broken down by the digestive system into individual amino acids to be recombined by cells according to their needs.Hence, they are of NO USE.
Precautions during using NIORET NANO.
1.You should avoid washing the skin treated with tretinoin for at least 1 hour after applying it.
2.Avoid using any topical medicine on the same area within 1 hour before or after using tretinoin. Otherwise, tretinoin may not work properly or skin irritation might occur.
3.During the first 6 months of use, avoid overexposing the treated areas to sunlight, wind, or cold weather.
4.To help tretinoin work properly, regularly use sunscreen or sunblocking lotions with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15. Also, wear protective clothing and hats, and apply creams, lotions, or moisturizers often.
