Suggest Treatment For Acne Vulgaris Lesions
Acne vulgaris lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based on the image you uploaded, it appears that you have acne lesions. If you were my patient , I would start you on topical combination medication containing isotretinoin plus erythromycin or benzoyl peroxide with clindamycin. SP 50 sunblock and a facewash like Airol N or Femme care would also be required. Zinc supplementation for a month would also aid in giving a smoother and healthier skin. Doxycycline or minocycline and/or azithromycin can be added if the topical medication fail to give an adequate response. You may discuss these options with your doctor.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Isotretinoin can be considered orally for severe acne that doesn't respond to conventional treatments. Intralesional steroid injections, Blue or red light phototherapy and fractional laser treatment are the options that are available for lesions that may hinder adequate cosmetic outlook.
