You might be having acute disc prolapse
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Most probably you are having acute disc prolapse. Disc are shock absorbing structure in the spine between bones. Due to sudden bending they may herniate causing nerve compression.
I would recommend you to follow these steps.
1.Bed rest for seven to ten days.
2.Avoid forward bending and weight lifting.
3.Hot water fomentation at back and volitran ointment local application.
4.X ray or MRI is needed if pain is still very severe.
5.Tablet Myospaz or Myoril for muscle relaxation after discussing with your doctor.
Acute disc ruptures heel well with in two to three weeks. So there is no need to be worried about. I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
