Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,
After going through your query I concluded that you are suffering from acute disc prolapses. Treatment of it is bed rest in lateral position with both knee and hip bend. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. If pain is not relieved by it then tramadol can be taken. Analgesics are to be taken after meals. Along with this muscle relaxant such as thiocholchicoside can be taken to relieve muscle spasm . Mecobalamine help in nerve recovery. It is difficult to predict its time because it range from 1months to 1 year with average time is nearly 2 months. Pain is likely to fluctuate depending on your rest and activity.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query.
