Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
The symptoms, which you have described of your wife, could be due to two conditions one is Acute gastritis, and the second is stomach flu or infection.
Since she does not have any fever, gastritis is the present diagnosis.
Pantoprazole is the drug of choice. You can take 40 mg half an hour before food for about 10 days.
Best wishes

Thanks for mentioning the tablet but i would also like to know if any changes needs to be made to daily diet like anything good to include during the day to avoid this happening so frequently. Just to add she take tea at the start of day and cup of milk in night before bed.
Brief Answer:
Avoid tea at the beginning of the day
Detailed Answer:
Hello again ,
I would suggest you to avoid caffeinated drinks like tea , coffee or soft drinks especially at the beginning of the day.
Let her also avoid spicy and oily food at least for the acute period of 10 to 15 days.
Additionally, Banana, curd will help to decrease acidity .

Brief Answer:
I would prefer plain pantoprazole
Detailed Answer:
Hello again, domperidone will be useful if she has vomiting. I would prefer if she takes plain pantoprazole.
Probiotics should not harm in anyway , she can take for about 2 weeks .
Hope this answers your questions.
