Brief Answer:
Acute Gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
From upset stomach I think you mean loose motion and vomiting. Here are my suggestions to you
1. Tab Pantoprazole with domperidone is the ideal tablet to stop vomiting and it also takes care of gaseous distention of stomach and gastritis caused by eating outside
2. Most often low energy is caused by dehydration. I advise you to buy an ORS packet, mix it with 1 litre of good quality water and take it sip by sip. Your energy will be restored
3. If loose motion in watery and foul smelling I suggest you to start an antiobiotic like ciproflox with tinidazole twice daily for 5 days.
Approach a GP for a prescription
I hope I was of help

Brief Answer:
Hello
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for getting back
1. Dry coughs are usually viral which requires no treatment. Syrup ascoril two tsp twice daily should do
2. Since you have travelled and ate outside I suggest a combination of ciprofloxacin with tinidazole
3. I usually don't prescribe my patients perinorm as it has a lot of neurogenic side effects. I prefer pantoprazole with domperidome. You can use Tab ondansetron instead of perinorm to stop vomiting immediately
Regards
