From the description, this pain typically appears to be of spinal(possibly disk related) in origin with nerve radicles being involved.

MRI Spine will make the things clear.

Antineuralgic medicines like Pregabalin or Duloxetine with methylcobalamin will be of help.Along with calcium supplementation will be helpful.

Spinal exercises are vital for improvement.So,please learn them from a physiotherapist.
