Brief Answer:
physiotherapy will shorten the recovery process

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would get better but would take longer.

A physiotherapist would be able to start exercises and other treatments (massage, ultrasound, laser, electrotherapy) if needed.

This therapy can be used along with the pain medication that you are using. This pain medications should be used after food/drink to reduce the chance of gastritis.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
