Suggest Treatment For Allergic Reaction On Hands

Question: Its over a month that my fingers of right hand are getting worse everyday. The skin of all the fingers are getting tore everyday and worsening whenever I am using water for cleaning(cant be avoided). Whenever my hand comes in contact with soap or salt or masalas it starts inflaming terribly. Have tried working using gloves but not a long time solution. This is the first time I am having this type of problem. Its not healing in any manner. Applies Tbact, Boroline, Hand cream but got no result.

You seem to be developing contact allergic dermatitis over your hands .
Please tell if only one hand is involved.
Is there any itching or pain ?
Since when you have this problem ?
