Suggest Treatment For Allergic Side Effects Of Medroxyprogesterone
Question: Wife took some some medroxyprogesterne may be having allergic side effects what to do?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
If you are sure that it looks like allergic reaction to the tablet which is pretty rare as it is hormone which is produced in body also, you can give her any antihistaminics available.
Cetrizine 10mg or allegra 120mg or if you have any syrup like benadryl at home that may also work.
But if the symptoms do not come doen within half hour of giving any of the above meds then kindly get her to ER and show to a doctor.
