Brief Answer:
Allergic skin reaction, take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
Now from the description , it looks like you have developed an allergic skin reaction due to the material that your neck was in contact with.
I hope you are not applying any further irritants like dettol or savlon or any oils over the area now. You need to apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice a day . Do not apply any other cream or oil over it . In addition, you might need to take some oral antihistamine like claritin once a day to bring down the allergic reaction .
As far as the swelling over neck is concerned, you seem to be having an enlarged lymph node for which direct assessment by a doctor would be essential to look for the focus of infection.

I don't have swelling on my neck just the irritation but I have knot on the back of my head because I fainted on hard tile floor so I just want to know how long should it be there before I should be worried.

Brief Answer:
Localised collection of blood

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You seem to have developed a localised collection of clotted blood due to the fall.
It should get better and resolve in five to seven days.
You can leave it as such in case it is not very bothersome . For quicker healing , you can take oral vitamin c supplements once a day.
In case the swelling still persist or increase, you can see a local general doctor.
