Kindly upload an image
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.
I have taken note of your query and i have understood your concern.
Alopecia areata is an autoimmune skin condition that presents as smooth, bald patches of hair loss.
There may be just a single bald patch Or more commonly a few bald patches of hair loss.
Patches of alopecia areata are most common on scalp. Other areas like beard, mustache, eyebrows, eyelashes etc may also be affected.
These patches may regrow new hair spontaneously therefore these patches may not be completely hairless when first noticed.
I suggest you to upload an image so that i am able to guide you better.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you. I have reviewed the Images.
Yes, this is alopecia areata and you seem to have at least 4-5 separate, quite big patches on scalp, eyebrows and mustache.
Triamcinolone acetonide injection is usually reserved for a single patch or 2-3 small sized patches.
It is not practical to inject these big patches with triamcinolone acetonide as this would be too painful, therefore if I was the treating doctor I would have started you on Oral Steroids i.e Oral prednisolone Or methylprednisolone.
Oral steroids can be given either as daily dose Or as weekend dose on 2 consecutive days.
Topically I would suggest you to use minoxidil 5% solution, twice daily.
Oral steroids as well as Topical Minoxidil are prescription drugs and therefore I suggest that you visit your dermatologist for the needful.
Response may take 4-6 weeks to initiate and 4-6 months for a full recovery.
