Suggest Treatment For An Infection Inside The Nose
Question: Have an infection near base of Nostills. It was small now its growing in size and its covered by a yellow crust. I am having this a week back. Also 3 days back I got my faced shaved from a saloon, have a rash near my jaws and side burns and it has some pus coming out from time to time.

You seem to have developed sycosis barbae which is deep folliculitis of the beard area presenting as nodules with pain and pus discharge and redness/rash.
I would suggest a course of an oral antibiotic e.g either amoxicillin or dicloxacillin for a week.
Topically you may use an antibacterial cream e.g neosporin ointment or 2% mupirocin or fusidic acid cream
