Mostly from-Furuncle on arm with Abscess-partially drained.

Dear, on the given data,following is My opinion-

My Impression-
Dear, based on submitted facts and on review of the picture sent ,the swelling on the arm could be -
1) From deep folliculitis, caused from infection of the arm follicle.
2) Or it could be from -some insect bite-causing follicular infection.
In any case, there is abscess which is getting discharged,as its ripe,but does not have proper size opening.Thus it could collect more pus below skin and could grow in size in time to come.
Redness and hardness is from perifolliculits with inflammation and edema, which is causing pain

Do's Suggested-
-Hence a physical verification by doctor's check up and investigation is suggested in your case.
-Get Surgeons' Consults and get Blood sugar-Fasting and PP(post meal) done,to rule out any accompanied diabetes and to rule it out.
-Start Antibiotics-Like Ciplox +Anti-inflammatory-Like Advil-ibuprofen-400 mgm x 5 days.
It would resolve in a day or 2 with medicines.

-If no signs of response to antibiotics and medicines, then it would need a small operation-of Incision and drainage-to make proper opening and drain it out with scraping of the abscess wall.
Daily dressing for 3-5 days ,along with above medicines would resolve your health issue in time to come.

Next appointment-
24 x 7 for emergency health issues
and / or-after evaluating and treating the case as asked above -contact after a week or two.
