Brief Answer:
orange discharge likely to be due to suppository

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

The orange discharge is likely to be released medicine from suppository used.

Apart from advice given , I would also advise you following for management of anal fissure

1. Drink plenty of Oral fluids : 2 to 3 liter of water a day

2. High fiber diet : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of Fiber

3. Hot Seitz bath : To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of antiseptic solution. Sit in it for 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day.

The warmthnes will reduce pain and relieve spasm

4. Laxatives like Lactulose which ensure soft stools will help in healing

5. Local application of local anaesthetic like Xylocaine ointment before and after passing stools

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Fissure should heal In 1 to 2 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

Urinoid hc suppository contains combination of Steroid and local anaesthetic agent which will lead to healing of fissure.
