Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure
Question: Hi,
I am suffering from anal fissure. I have recnetly undergone cryotheraphy.
It's Been 3 weeks since the treatment has been done.
But the pain is still the same and more.
Is there any suggestion for me
I have anal fissure and recently practiced cryotheraphy.
But it's almost three weeks but i cannot see any improvement.
Please give me a suggestion and thee is no bleeding only pain

Doctor adviced me to take two antibiotics daily and he told me use it for 6 weeks and it's almost 3 weeks and i don't see any change in the pain and it's increased and i am applying clobosol ointment daily twice and only fiber diet
The antibiotic i am using is ampilox or something like that and also another small tablet with it

You should be offered adequate analgesia for sufficient time period.
I generally prescribe to my patients oral tablets of Lyser D for 2 weeks for adequate pain relief.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe it to you.
Continue antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor.
