Hi
I am Dr Mittal, MD
It seems he has several problems, many of which may be due to a disturbed childhood and a turbulent growing up phase.
The market and net is full of books and techniques that tell about anger management.
Personally I would suggest finding him some hobby to which he does not object.
Music, meditation are great ways for those with anger management issues. Keeping him out of conditions that make him uncomfortable can be a problem sometimes.
A visit to a psychotherapist would be more beneficial.
As for insurance, he should definitely get one.
I am sorry but from the query I am not very sure what you want to know, so I have given a relatively general answer. Please respond so I can help you further ..
