Brief Answer:
Please follow this advice for angina && heart issues.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I will help you and your brother now.

1. I would kindly advise you to get an ECG/EKG test done.
2. This test takes a few minutes and is painless.
3. This will confirm whether your brother has angina, and if he has
any other condition associated with it.
4. I would ask you to get some routine blood tests done too.
5. I would recommend a CXR - Chest X Ray.
6. Meanwhile, I give my patients GTN capsules when they get an "angina"
attack, and give them Verapamil tablets. He should keep the GTN
capsule under the tongue during the "attack"
7. We do not give actual prescriptions, so you'll need to see a doctor
for one.

Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
