Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Knee Pain

Question: I have had anxiety attacks in the past they come and go this one I am having today has been going on now for about 6hrs with little to no let up It started on the right front side and went all across the front it is now all across my back with crushing pain in the front middle of my chest I have no fever I have taken my pain meds and my sleeping meds and the pain will not let up it fees like I have a vice crushing me and it is now going up into my jaw

1. The anxiety attack does not last for more than a few minutes.
2. Why are you taking pain medicinr?
3. Why and who diagnosed these as anxiety attacks?
4. Why this attack started?
5. What actually happens during these attacks has to b more specific.

taking pain meds for 2 knee replacements that did not work and I am in pain 24/7 years ago when I had these attacks I would rush to the er and they said that they are just anxiety attacks I was doing nothing when it started just laying in bed watching tv that is the way they always start just out of nowhere with no specific reason it feels like something is crushing my chest like a vice is crushing my chest to my back early this morning I have mega heartburn which I can not get under control even my meds and the crushing is still there

I also have a hiatal hernia

I assume you must be on hydrocodone or oxycodone for your pain. You can consult your pain physician at the nearest institute regarding GENICULATE BRANCH RF of the knee. This shall take away your knee pain and reduce your med also.

The attacks so called panic attacks seems to b nothing but the breakthrough pain. The same physician shall b able to regularize your medicine so that these low level of drugs in the body doesn't happen.
