Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Stress

No reason to fear seizures.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the distress you seem to be in.
Regarding the possibility of seizures though I really do not think you have any reason to worry about that. Even if I didn't know anything about you I would say that the possibility of someone starting to have epileptic seizures all of a sudden at your age is not there. At your age there would have to be some cause to precipitate seizures like brain tumor, stroke etc.
Now you might go ahead and ask about the possibility of having those, but I do not think that is the case as they have other symptoms which (from reading your past queries as you do not give many details in this one) you do not seem to have. Also I see you have had several CT scans which would have revealed brain lesions.
So really I do not see why you should have any thoughts about seizures, it is obviously your anxiety playing a part.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.

Thanks again!

Detailed Answer:
I am really glad that my response eased your worry somewhat.
From the way you describe it, it seems to be a general shaky feeling which along with symptoms like numbness in face and hands you describe are typical for anxiety.
In epilepsy, one may speak of shaking of the limbs in case of generalized seizures with loss of conscioussness, shaking of the limbs, tongue biting, urinary incontinence, lasting generally 1-2 minutes. Obviously not your case.
There can be also what are called partial seizures, shaking of the limb on only one side without loss of conscioussness, but apart from not seeming to be your case, this type of seizure is always related to a lesion in a specific area of the brain like a stroke or tumor which as your repeated CTs have shown you do not have.
So the verb "to shake" is a very general verb which can be used in many situations, us doctors see the situation as a whole and your general clinical picture, reading also your past queries simply doesn't recall seizures at all, only anxiety.
I hope to have been of help.
