Brief Answer:
No it's normal

Detailed Answer:
A resting heart rate of 60-62 beats per minute is normal. and also since you had recent work up which was normal there is no need for concer or any consultation. are you an athlete or practice yoga or pranayama, as they can reduce heart rate. though not of concern if you haven't had thyroid checked please check it once. as an after thought it should be effect of ciplar you are on. regards

Hello Doctor,

Thanks for your reply. My main concern is before the stress test my resting heart was around 72-76 but after test it's down to 64-65, although my stress test is normal.

Another concern is, my age is 37 and my maximum heart rate is 183, I walked around 11.4 minutes on treadmill stress test and reached 188, is there any problem if I reached my maximum heart rate.

PS. I am not doing yoga but walking daily 45 minutes.
