Brief Answer:
Looks like anxiety
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
I can understand your concerns for your wife & will help you.
The symptoms you are telling looks like anxiety with gastritis if all the tests were fine.
It does not look to be cardiac issue as the stress test was fine.
I'll recommend increasing dose of Pantoprazole to 40mg twice daily & add some antianxiety medication like Alprazolam 0.25mg once daily at bedtime.
I hope it will solve her problems.
Thanks
Take care
