Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

Anxiety can be treated easily, no need to go to mental hospital
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic
I can understand your concern. You have anxiety and unwanted thoughts. Unwanted intrusive thoughts commonly cause significant distress and anxiety. A person suffering from anxiety have insight to illness and they can't be admitted to a mental hospital against their will. So as you have anxiety and abnormal thoughts, I don't think that can send you to a mental hospital. So remain relaxed and if the thoughts are causing significant anxiety and distress then visit a psychiatrist as early as possible.
Please write down your thoughts in detail in follow up question so that I can confirm the diagnosis.
In most of individuals with unwanted, intrusive thoughts SSRIs are used in treatment. These medicines help to reduce unwanted thoughts and thus aid in treatment. Visit a psychiatrist for evaluation and prescription of the drugs.
No need to worry, the thoughts will not become true.
Thanks, take care, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.

.
These thoughts suggest OCD
Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for asking a follow up question
The intrusive thoughts that you might kill your self or anyone, which are purposeless and are dominating in your mind are most likely obsessive thoughts. Obsessive thoughts persist in mind even though individuals try to resist them, these thoughts produce significant stress and anxiety even though individuals are aware of purposeless nature of these thoughts.
The ideas of abusing God even you don't want to do are also obsessions of blasphemous thoughts. Both these type of thoughts occur commonly in OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). This is an anxiety disorder and with medicines it can be treated easily.
Medicines coupled with Behavior therapy as relaxation exercises and thought stopping technique are treatment of choice for OCD.
There is no need to remain distressed, OCD can be treated easily, just visit a psychiatrist for help. With treatment these thought will vanish.
Thanks, still have more doubts please ask again.
Take care
