Question: im having trouble with anxiety after loosing my husband and two children, I just need some help getting through this hump.

Thanks for writing to us. I am sorry for your husband and two children. I can understand your concern.

Bipolar with anxiety disorder should be treated with anti anxiety benzodiazepine drugs. However as you mentioned that you may not get benzodiazepine. In that case propranolol and seroquel (quetiapine) can be used for anxiety disorder.

You can ask your doctor for the same.
