Question: Dear sir i have two ulcers at the end of my jaw and one at the tip of the tongue....what medicine can i take...

Hi,

I have gone through your query; it suggest that you may be suffering from the aphthous ulcer.

In this condition in our patients, I personally suggest
1. Antibiotic azithromycin 250mg twice a day.
2. Allegra 120 mg once in the night.
3. Cap Lactogut twice a day.
4. Tab Folibix twice a day.

But before taking these medicine please consult the ENT specialist for better diagnosis and management.
