Brief Answer:
Diagnostic criteria must be fulfilled for diagnosis of Autism

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.

Merely not responding to name or not pointing to your direction does not indicates that he is suffering from autism.

There are few diagnostic criteria which must be fulfilled for diagnosis of autism.

Qualitative impairment in social interaction, qualitative impairments in communication with
restricted, repetitive and stereotyped patterns of behavior, interests, and activities, all these indicates autism.

Not responding to name or your command can even be due to a hearing problem.
I would suggest you consult a Pediatrician for proper clinical evaluation to find out any abnormality.

I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you out if you have any more doubt.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Please consult an ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen the report and it shows that there is Right vestibular dysfunction.
Vestibule is the part of inner ear and mainly helps in balancing. It is the cochlea, also part of inner ear which is mainly responsible for hearing.
Even if there is problem on one side this should not cause severe hearing defect.
So I request you to consult an ENT specialist for his expert opinion.
Please let me know about the further proceedings.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
Again request you to consult an ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I can understand your concern. That is what I was saying that vestibular part is not mainly responsible for hearing. So hearing function may be normal. But as the report shows that there is Right vestibular dysfunction I would request you to consult an ENT specialist for proper evaluation.
