Can My Daughter S Hearing Be Improved?

Dear Sir or Madam. I have a daughter. She is 3 years and 9 month. She hasn t hear abilities. Doctor s told me she defected from the birth, after the test, Cochlea can not provide receiving sound to brain. She has the 4th hearing level ability on the right side ear. Please reply to me as soon as possible.

Consult an ENT surgeon and undergo audiometry tests to ascertain the type of hearing defect. Cochlear implant surgery is available these days and can help restore hearing if the tests suggest an indication for that kind of surgery.

Thanks for the consultation.
It seems that right side is congenital deafness.
what about the left side Hearing?
any benefit from hearing Aid on the right side?
Advice:
If no improvement with above then she can benefit from cochlealier implant.
